The building is aged. There are trees, grass and flowers, which is nice. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Vista Real Post Acute care was an exceptional experience for me and my husband a veteran . The staff was caring and professional. His inability to to walk or stand for long periods of time was handled with care. The facility was clean and odorless. I just can’t express the joy and assurance I felt upon entrance. You could feel the love and care. Ms Flores and all the staff are to be commended for the excellent job they are doing. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Oh, one more thing hubby said the food was great!!

My sister has been here for a few months. The care she has gotten here has been incredible. After coming from another home where she was treated poorly and injured. It has been such a relief to see her finally getting the care she needs. She has Alzheimer’s and the staff treats her with so much kindness and patience. Her hygiene is well maintained, her medications are given in a timely manner, and she is eating all her meals. She seems more alert and in better spirits. One of the best moments was when the facility celebrated my sister’s birthday. They had decorations and everything. It means a lot. We are forever thankful to the staff for keeping her safe and well cared for.

Staff is always polite and attentive to those here , I come by often to visit my boyfriend’s grandmother and they are very accommodating occasionally offering some snacks and pulling out chairs so we can sit beside her. I can see they take good care of his grandma here .

My mother was sent here due to elderly neglect from her previous home and needed rehabilitation. Since my mother has been here she has been shown nothing but compassion and wonderful care from all the staff. This building may be a bit older, but it is very clean. Everyone here is super nice and helpful. I am so sad that it only a short term care facility, as I would love be to keep my mother here long term as my mother seems happier and healthier. If you are looking for a caring facility for your parent/ parents, I highly recommend Vista Real Post Acute.

I live outside of California, and my Sister was transferred to Vista Real. It was (and is) a poor time to visit California, and I had to do a lot of work by Telephone. The people at Vista Real were all very understanding and helpful. I had a very good experience. Very kind and helpful people, especially during a difficult time for me..

Do not put your loved ones here. Many patients that have been released & or escaped, have almost been hit by motor vehicles due to the lack of security. From the management to the caregivers, their is no moral in this facility. They only care about a paycheck. I was visiting my uncle a few weeks back & their was an irate patient & the staff handled him very poorly. If you truly your family members, please remove them from this facility. Edit: Who is Carson McCusker? There no open door policy for family or residents. A lady went out for a doctor’s appointment while I was there and you guys put her belongings in the lobby and left her with no place to go. Is it because she was black? I find your facility to be racist from what I gathered while visiting. And the administrator’s name is Karsten Lester. So, I’m guessing the open door policy is for the mice that I clearly noticed while I was visiting 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

My husband Eugene Marchbanks stayed in Vista Real Post Acute care in Beaumont for about 30 days. I was pleased with the quality of care he received. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this facility for your loved ones. There is a full staff and they take good care of the patience.

Over here for over 2 years and driving 80miles everyday cause it’s the best facility I could find. After looking at several places close by. It’s like a second home and been treated like family.

I am so very grateful for Vista Real Post Acute facility in Beaumont, CA. My 105 year old father is a patient there, and I never worry about his care. The staff there are all so friendly and caring, and they notify me right away if my father has a problem or needs some extra care. They have a doctor for the facility that the nurses notify right away if there is a problem, and the doctor takes care of the problem the same day. They can transport my dad to a doctor appointment if he needs to leave the facility. I would recommend Vista Real to anyone looking for excellent, quality care for one of their family members.

My father stayed at Vista Real Acute Rehab for about one month. Our whole family had a positive experience during his stay. My father was on an excellent schedule regarding meal time, excercise, entertainment and socializing. The staff treated my father and the other residents with compassion and care. It was so pleasant to see people busy doing what they love, caring for others! Our family was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. We would highly recommend Vista Real Acute Rehab facility for your loved ones.

My Mother has been at this facility for over a month. She is being treated well and I am happy with her care. The office personnel has been very helpful with insurance. PT has been great with her. I would highly recommend this facility.
